Not sure if I missed something, or something went wrong. But I defeated Ronald, got the legendary cards, sat through the credits, but did not receive this achievement. I unlocked the achievements for all of the grand masters today as well and they worked just fine.

Raise a ticket with details of what had happened by clicking on report an issue and I can investigate. I'd adjusted the logic a couple of weeks ago but that may not be behaving the same depending on emulator/core.

So the reason it didn't work is because I as using the SameBoy core which isn't fully supported. I was also told that I could take some screenshots entering the hall of fame with all my "emulator stuff in view". I wasn't sure what that meant exactly, so I took a screenshot of me in the receiving a legendary card, with the emulator in windowed mode, and my RetroAchievements profile in the background.

Additionally, I've included screenshots of me starting the challenge, showing "welcome back" dialogue to show it is an additional attempt (Ronald already defeated) as I don't use save states (want to stay hardcore), so couldn't return to before the first victory, as well as win screens for all 4 Grand Masters. I'm hoping that this, coupled with the fact that I've also collected every other achievement (including the one that REQUIRES the game be completed) proves I obtained the achievement legitimately.

If you want a manual unlock you have to follow this steps (extracted from the FAQ page)

If you're on our discord server, send a message on the #manual-unlock channel tagging the @manual-unlock role; if you're not on Discord, send a private message message to the RAdmin user. Your message must have:

1. The link to the ticket url. You can find the ticket here: http://retroachievements.org/ticketmanager.php

2. What mode you were playing (HARDCORE/softcore)

3. Link to your qualified proof of completion. Include proof that the achievement was earned in HARDCORE, if you were playing in HARDCORE.

In this case you can use the ticket you have previusly made and explain the situation
