Hard as heck and I would partially agree that having this be 'perfect' when other achievements are just difficult is a bit much BUTPossible, and can be fun. Retroarch- couldn't do it on Mupen-next, switched to para with GFX switched to angrylion-

Easiest setup seemed to be 4 pester balls with about half a second between them, 3 gets Mew to near center screen, 4 guarantees it, as long as you caught mew early on with the first pester this usually gave you a good window to take the properpose GL

Its possible this is unobtainable on the Xbox Series X version of retroarch... I cannot seem to get past 940 on the size... I am stuck at several 9880s

Wow, I can't believe I didn't know about the Angrylion video plugin! I got this on RetroArch Mupen64Plus with the Angrylion plugin. I had a 9,9XX point Mew, and then I read these comments and updated my Plugin. The game then recognized it as a 10,000 point Mew! I still had to get another photo of it for the achievement to pop. The high from finally getting that achievement was insane. It took me 3.5 hours and my "perfect" photo honestly isn't the best looking one, but I'll take what I can get! I got dozens of 9960's before finally critting. https://imgur.com/a/eirgW3G

lmao, i installed angrylion plugin and the photo i have submitted is now 10,000 (but no achievement), then just got a 9980 on my first try, should get it soon

I recommend trying to time the sway of your pov to be at its lowest when you're closest to mew, makes them take up a lot more space on the screen. Also despite this images icon as the posts above show you definitely want mews eyes open. I lost two perfect size mews to having the wrong pose because eyes closed seems to count as "Ooh its spinning!" for 1250 instead of "It's Perfect!" for 1500.
