    There's an easier way of reaching this capsule than going up at the checkpoint in X-Hunter 3. If you go down instead, just before the section with spikes and the parasites there's a hole in the ceiling you can reach.
    Charge up to pink, let the first one go, then Jump -> Airdash -> Press A and B simultaneously (with dash still held) = Mid-Air Double-Jump! (This is known as a Neon Jump. Reference Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dCbToOw4AME)
    Grab onto the wall above and get your Shoryuken! (Must have full health and all upgrades of course)
