Used a Lv.65 Electabuzz that I used my whole playthrough (as an Elekid for the Johto-only ones). Thunderbolt, Ice Punch, Fire Punch, Psychic. Holding Magnet, and Nevermeltice on Lance. One-shot everything except Umbreon (switched off of Magnet accidentally and was on fast-forward before I realized I wasn't at Lance yet)

I came back to this one after defeating Red, and I used a Tyranitar around level 65 with a set of Rock Slide, Sandstorm, Crunch, and Earthquake.

Just unlocked it no problem with the Lugia I'd just caught at level 60 (teaching it only TM 16). Triggered no problem. And yes @tanelvx, I had the Kanto badges.

Level 80 Ursaring Slash/Strength/Faint Attack/Earthquake hold a pink bow and Protein (atk) trained. It will out speed and one shot everything

Same as Levus, Lvl 64 Ursaring is goat with return destroyed everything except for gengar. I used a super effective hidden power for gengar to get two cheevos.
