    Beat this using Werster's team from his All Gold Symbols speedrun. You can read more here: https://pastebin.com/c796fkZT I wasn't able to manipulate the IVs / Natures of my three Pokemon so I tried to get close enough. Here were my stats (HP/ATK/DEF/SpATK/SpDEF/SPD) at Level 50: Latios Hardy (156/96/95/182/115/158), Metagross Hardy (151/187/140/102/102/117) Swampert Brave (165/157/110/118/109/81) I had Latios hold a Dragon Fang, Metagross held a Metal Coat, and Swampert held Leftovers. The Frontier Brain battle was basically free with this strat. I have to say, the Battle Tower is way harder in Emerald than in Ruby/Sapphire, legendaries started appearing way earlier and their IVs must have been way higher because Latios rarely OHKO'd them.
