    I was wondering the same and I found this: "Goron Link must visit a Goron in the Goron Powder Keg Shop, which is frozen over in the winter so Link must use a Fire Arrow or wait until spring to enter" -zelda.gamepedia.com

    So avoid using fire arrows to defrost the Goron Powder Keg Shop :)

    Ah. So basically beat the dungeon when you get to the dungeon, and don't be one of those weirdos who leave a dungeon halfway through. Lol

    Shoot, I gotta make a second file to go back for this cheevo -_- I did my 6 day challenge run first, and got the powder keg in the winter. I didn't realize this was missable lol.

    It feels like this achievement was made specifically just to make it so you have to make 2 files for 100% achievements
