Theres a secret path in the secret path in 2F-2 lol

To make a clearer understanding of what Johan has said; in 2F-2 there's a wall you can pass through with your lava surfing in order enter a secret path, where you can see a Bob-Omb who will explode and give you a TM.

Inside the wall that leads into this secret path, you can head north and to see a confused Kamek and a '?' block with an item.

Aight so I might be stupid, but I can't find the hidden path in 2F-2. Could someone point it out to me? These are the last two items I need for 100%

@TerribleF8 After so much searching, I finally found that path. In 2F-2, there's a red Koopa in the middle of spikes, and a little further up, there's lava so you can surf. The thing is, if you take the path where the bomb is, before you get there, there's a "black path." You're supposed to go up and find the Kamek and the remaining block.
