What about the item the shy guy make you get by jumping, I went diagonal so I didn't get the item and the shy guy disappear

Do the trainers in 2-2 also count? Cause after a certain point, they disappear and can't be fought.

nvm changed it to non missable trainers, you can get a manual unlock if youre 19/19

The grunts in 2-2 and the "?" Block you get by jumping vertical doesn't count, just got my achievement

I'm missing something in 2-2, and I for the life of me can't find it. I've interacted with every vine, block, and even the cannons and clouds, and it still eluded me.

I backed up my save and started a new run to try to confirm my suspicions, and of course I encounter a shiny. A Dino Torch. Now I have to keep this, what was a throwaway file, because it's a capture I wanted to use in a future run.

NVM there's a whole ass Google docs saying where the hidden items are. 🫠
The green cap with with three cannons has a small experience candy at the very top of it.

Could you explain the green cap / small XP candy a little more? I think it's the one I'm missing. There's actually 2 green mushrooms with 3 bullet bills on it, but I assume it's the smaller one? Is the item on the white/cloud tile just above it?

Yes, of course. It’s actually on the large one — the one on the northeast side of the map. If I remember correctly, it’s just to the right of the cannon at the top. Try interacting with the spot about two or three tiles to the right of that cannon, and you should find it.

For those going along and trying to complete this achievement as you go through the game, there are a couple of items you can only get to in 2-1 after getting the ability to move boulders. Those were the last two I was missing.
