Did you check the northmost area of Toad Town? I was stuck on the last item for a little while until I found my last item there, above the right house.

Found them. 3 ? blocks in a house in toad town. 1 fight at the castle.

It unlocked after I got a block in Main Street. I made a QA ticket because that seems like it shouldn't be the case.

For those with issues opening the google doc above, Brylefi just missed the letter "h" as the first character in the URL.
Can anyone explain the L+R leader-board thing? I'm using Bizhawk but maybe it's only for RetroArch?
One thing I see I'm missing is a non-hidden item block in the top level of the sewers, the one that the brown toad is looking at and mentions a shiny bottle cap. How do I get to the upper level?
