This one should be considered as a missable because it doesn't trigger before your first entry on Gruntilda's Lair and (probably won't) after winning Grunty's Furnace Fun. Only Game Over fanfare will play without cutscene.

Isn't this an Unwelcome Concept? Since it's triggered by getting Game Over.

@Digifiend I disagree. You don't need to play poorly to get it. You just need to save and quit. Also, this would be an exception because of the humorous cutscene you get.

I have never played this game before trying this set on Retroachivements and I got to say when I tried to save for the first time. This caught me off guard, I thought I had to deliberately die to get this one but no.

I guess this is what I get for playing this without spoilers huh?

When I was playing this I had forgotten the fact that this screen appear when you save the game
