Confirming it requires upgrade. This achievement either needs a description change or a trigger change.

Indeed. This still triggers after getting all 24 extra honeycombs pieces with an upgrade needed before final battle with Gruntilda...

This popped for me when I grabbed the upgrade accidentally without having gathered any empty honeycombs in the levels themselves. Obviously one would need to grab the real honeycombs in the levels for the purposes of those 100% completion achievements, so this isn't really going to let anyone skip the set, but maybe this achievement should instead be labelled only for getting the upgrade behind the final note door.

Fixed by actually adding a check for all 24 honeycombs as well as max health (the upgrade). Changed wording slightly to reflect the 1 upgrade. Old code: https://pastebin.com/cGLL2ZN1
