    I got the achievement when I beat Troopa Jr. for the second time, after beating the Koopa Fortress.

    I thought this rpg was balanced and things such as miniboss stunlock weren't possible

    Before you fight Anti Guy make sure you have 4 Stone Caps in your Inventory and use Lady Bow for attacking him. Easy Fight. ^^

    easy 1st try: I have used:
    Double Dip (Super Shroom / Stone Cap
    Star Storm
    Refresh
    Bombette but make sure choose Goombario first to analyse him
