it took me forever to figure out what this was wanting of me... autoaim is fine. play it with one hand using control stick and z button (no C buttons, sidestep or R button)

I did this without aiming down the sights but it didn't work. So do I have to not use strafe? What about looking up and down?

Got it following nullgolem's way. Did not use aim button at all and did not use the C-buttons. Make sure you got plenty of health running down that last tunnel with the two drones as you cannot aim up to destroy them.

I got it in the end by not using aim and not strafing. Looking up and down was ok (which was good for me cos those guns at the end would've killed me).

I have updated the achievement, so that strafing now is allowed. Only aiming down the sight will hinder the achievement fr0m triggering.

this only worked for me with control type 1.1 Honey and not using aim

If you still use Aim in any direction it will not work. Just play the level without using aim (crosshairs).
