What's the perfect rampage to do this in?

I think is the one near old school Hall (the place where you deliver prostitutes in Fuzz Ball mission). I'm trying to make a traffic jam and blow all cars I can see there

tried the one with the rocket launcher, only got 7 cars piled up before despawn. Should i try the triad/mafia ones after doing the missions in which they become hostile?

easy way to this is doing the shotgun rampage on staunton island, pile 7 cars near the rampage and done

Thanks the helpful advice Nightside2000. Get around 8 cars and then do the rampage and then start shooting at the cars to blow them up.

Using the tank for the 8-vehicle shotgun Rampage makes it a breeze

If you dont have a tank yet, you can also park a couple of cars on the road, stand next to the rampage pick up and toss a grenade into the mess of cars. If you pick up the rampage immediately after throwing it, those explosions count towards it
