Achievement worked fine for me, but extremely tight on the timing. I think I had 1-3 seconds left to spare and I was moving as fast as I could.

This is way too tight and requires pretty much frame perfect kinda stuff, as well as RNG. You’re at the mercy of how long it takes the upper dining room zombie to turn around so he can’t bite. If it doesn’t turn immediately then you have no chance

I can confirm it's extremely thigh in fact you have to NO mistakes at all and yet honestly you will left only some seconds...at best. The one for Jill was the same.

sofri muito para conseguir essa conquista, pois o zumbi que fica na no salão no andar acima sempre me agarrava, mas conseguir sobrando 30 segundos para o tempo acabar

Wow, that was hard, I had to try about 10 times to get it right, in fact the zombie on the second floor of the dining room is the most problematic. Besides that, you also need perfect curves and to enter the piano room with at least 25 seconds to spare, if you have less than that it will be almost impossible to do.
