I think this is missable, you can't go back to Gi Cave after completing it

For anyone who might be missing items and wondering what those might be... There are three items in the backroom at Cosmo Canyon's inn. None of those items are mentioned in guides.

So im not sure if this opens up after a certain point in time, as like the above post mentions, I am also missing 3 items here. However after spamming the X button thousands of times at every pixel in all the rooms at the inn, I can tell you 100% there are not any missing items aside from the "elixer" that IS mentioned in most guides. So idk if items appear there at a later time, or if the above comment is referring the the back room at the PUB, (has a green arrow above it if you press select) which again, I cant find any way to enter. Will come back if I figure anything out

Just to follow up, you must return on disc 2 for the room behind the item shop to be unlocked, where you can get those last 3 items

Just one additional piece of information:

as JRodslegend said, when you return to Cosmo Canyon near the end of CD2 and you have access to the back of the store, there are actually 3 items but for the achievement it will count as 2 (because 2 of them are in a single collectible), so there should still be 1 item missing, which will be Bahamut's third summon, make sure you get the first two Bahamut summons and successfully complete the huge materia missions, because one of them grants you the final Bahamut summon to complete this achievement.

It didn't occur to me bahsmut zero counted as an item! I was thinking I was going crazy and screed up somewhere. In most cases materia didn't add to the total like gravity materia in the gi cave.
