Does this require that every single stage be completed within each world, or just that you never use the Warp Whistle?

Every single world, and, make sure it's a clean playthrough and not the second quest after you beat the game with whistles

Do you need to complete this in one sitting in order for it to pop? I’ve done it multiple times on both Emudeck and Miyoo mini and it’s still not popped. Last cheevo I need for 100%.

just in case you can beat it without winning all stages on the worlds, just choose the fastest track and you'll win the achievement

I got all the way to World 8 and accidentally used a Warp Whistle on the second map. It brought me back to the beginning of World 8 and made me do it all over again. After finally defeating Bowser, the achievement didn't trigger. I played this game for over 4 hours straight.

Try not to use the whistle from 1-3 and 1- fortress just complete the normal way. If you used a warp whistle on ANY map you'll lost the achievement
That happend to me on world 5-6

I did a clean play though on a new device, didn’t even pick up the warp whistles and it worked this time.

Unlocked on Miyoo Mini Plus, OnionOS 4.3 RetroArch 1.15.0 core FCEUmm. Didn't pick any warp whistle.

Consejo: pasaros primero el juego normal sin silbatos... Y os quitáis de encima este logro. Luego con la ayuda de ambos silbatos hacéis cada mundo que queráis al completo para los logros restantes.
