    Easy you have to hook your car but it only work for prostitute and still got the achivement

    Sometimes when you steal a car, the other passenger will just remain seated and start screaming. Whenever this happens, just do some jump somewhere and you’ll get it. I got it when I stole an Infernus and did the jump over the biker club house.
