Suggested simplification for this achievement in order to avoid forcing the player to go hunt for descriptions: "Starting from Roy's castle, beat Larry, Bowser and all levels along the way without Yoshi, powerups (except unavoidables) or !-switches."

To get this achiev: Beat Choco1, Choco Ghost, Choco2 (Key), Choco Secret, Castle #6, Ship (can get Star).Valley 1, Valley 2 (normal and Key), Valley Ghost, Fortress, Valley 3, Valley 4, Castle #7, Bowser. Good luck.

Starting at Chocolate Island 1, in one sitting uncover and reach essential stages to world 7 and then complete all stages, with a finish through bowser's front door. Restrictions: No powerups including mushrooms, feathers, fire flowers, stars, yoshi, or ! blocks switched. Exception: Sunken ghost ship REQUIRES the player to get a star once the ship is entered. This will not cause the player to fail the challenge. The Definitive List: Any Exit: Chocolate Island 1 & 2, Choco-Ghost House, Chocolate Secret, Wendy's Castle, Sunken Ship. ALL stages in Valley of Bowser ending with a front door victory. It only checks that the level is beaten. It does not check which exit has been taken. In another file, practice the jump below the checkpoint in Valley of Bowser 4 until you can pull this off 100% of the time. As suggested above, only tap the jump button. If you want to be really sure of not hitting the tape, tap the spin jump button, because its minimum height seems to be a bit lower than that of the regular jump.Also complete Valley of Bowser 4 before completing the fortress and the castle, so you don't play them for nothing if you fail to jump below the checkpoint.

Consegui, um pouco difcil principalmente na Valley of bowser 4, a fase da caverna onde tem o marcador de fase que pode fazer voc perder todo o progresso at ali.

Just beat it! the Valley of Bowser 4 checkpoint isn't hard to avoid if you are familiar with the kaizo skill known as "regrab". Tap jump, release imediatelly, then press it again and hold this time, this will minimize jump height but allow Mario to cover more distance (also helps if you wait for the platform to sink before jumping)... The worst part for me was actually having to play Valley of Bowser 2 twice... So much waiting in that level

Na BOWSER'S VALLEY 4, fique bem na borda da plataforma e faça um spin jump bem breve. As vezes as rochas atiradas pelo Chargin' Chuck vão te matar ou você pode cair na lava, porém é melhor perder vida do que a conquista.


Perdi a conquista na Bowser's Valley 4 depois de ter feito a saída secreta da Bowser's Valley 2, a saída secreta da Valley Ghost House (não sei se é necessário) e a Valley Fortress. Reset e depois de quase 2 horas... EU CONSEGUI!!!

Agora falta fazer a Mini-Mario vs The World SPECIAL pra finalizar a saga do Mini-Mario.

Fora essa falta Special Sorta Person, Fence Offense e Everything is lava.

Honestly, these achievements should really have taken into account accidental checkpoint grabs. I ended messing up in Valley 4 and, much to my surprise, found out that the only way to reset it was to do 6-1 onward all over, which led me to waste *2 hours* of gameplay. There really should be a condition that goes "oh, you touched a checkpoint? Fine, just lose all lives to clear it and retrace your steps from the last fortress / ghost house". Instead, it's an auto-fail condition without parole. With all due respect, it's kinda disappointing having a flaw like it in what's possibly the most played game set in RA.

While it didn't happen to me, I definitely think some kind of exception should be made for Valley of Bowser 4 because grabbing that checkpoint means redoing the world plus the Chocolate Island stages.

Technically, the way the description is worded, the stage shouldn't even need to be completed. "Uncovered" implies you could just take the secret exit of the Valley Ghost House to access Larry's Castle.

I also think Larry's Castle shouldn't check for a power-up in the entrance room to allow grabbing the checkpoint. The snake block section is not difficult at all, just really tedious. You could just jump in the pit after triggering the checkpoint before the Magikoopa room if that change was made.

galera, matei o bowser com o mini mario, o icone da conquista ativa o tempo todo, mas quando deu os créditos, o mario tava grande, não sei se por isso a conquista não pipocou, que raiva rsrs mas se eu quiser refazer, vou ter q jogar todo o jogo novamente até chegar na parte que começa a missão?
