One between some crates by the Daisy Cruiser. One behind a sign, next to where you begin the Episode 4 race. One inside a crate next to the Pianta Statue. One from eating green butterflies on a grass patch, likewise next to the Pianta Statue.

There is also a 5th one underneath an umbrella in the plaza.

Hmm, for some reason I was only able to get the achievement when I grabbed the 1-Ups from:

1. Crates by the Cruiser
2. Green Butterflies
3. Behind the Sign
4. Under the umbrella

Though it didn't count for me when I grabbed the one that was stuffed in the crate by the Pianta Statue.

I grabbed under the umbrella 5th, then the achievement popped.

There's actually 5 1ups in this level:

-Behind the shipping crates by the cruiser.

-Behind the "Women of Racing Organization" sign.

-Green Butterflies on the smaller grass patch by the Nintendo sign.

-In a crate near the same grass patch and by a tightrope. This one doesn't seem to be tracked.

-Under an umbrella near the set of 3 crates and tightrope.
