Using white car vs Blue, you must be on 1st before Blue car go to pits, you must enter the pits only when you have 1 fuel point only and then refuel with 11 points to reach the end of race with enough fuel (1 point to empty).

I made this with the Red car, refuelled to full on "low fuel" message, then refuelled 10 points on the next. Totally possible. However, I don't know why I didn't get it....

The easiest way is using the blue car, avoid crashes, and try to get the 1st position until the 3rd lap, and enter the pitstop one lap after your rival.
