I think this needs more points. These types of missions are just broken in Shoreside Vale, they don't give enough time. I barely was able to do this, and that's with taking extremely risky shortcut dives off of mountains.

I'd always appreciate more points, but this challenge feels fine to me. You can use the red taxi from Portland and even increase the timer by picking up a passenger, damaging your car to the point of them running away, Pay 'n Spray it, then pick another one, this doesn't subtract anything from your timer. So if you see that your car is in poor condition and you're near a Pay 'n Spray, you can use this strategy to boost your time.

After doing this and as well as the firefighter missions, it's pretty clear that Shoreside Vale is coded weirdly with these types of missions. Sometimes it gives you absolutely no time and other times it's reasonable.

I don't know what causes it.

@Volpe that is actually a great tip. Everytime I was on Pike Creek and the next fare was on North Towers of Wichita Gardens, i damaged my taxi to the point of scaring away the passenger, then repair using the time boost.

@Volpe, thanks for insanely cool advice, managed to do this 1st try after implementing this strat. So, the optimization was waiting for long fare (around 2 minutes), then damaging taxi, then do it 1 more time. After that had comfortable run with ~6 minutes on timer constantly without worrying about those short ones which tend to burn your time.
