    Pretty easy except for the moments where I tried walking up some weird collision and Knuckles stuttered between aerial and grounded states, which counted as him touching the ground several times.

    Wow, this one is random. "Ground" is pretty much everything including floating rocks and chests, sometimes it's enough to make few steps without touching anything. Seems pretty luck-based.
