    While working on completing this, Shadow somehow glitched into 3rd place, but I was listed as 3rd place, and passing him didn't change my position... weird

    omg I got the achievement second try, Knuckles was literally glued my right. Maybe using fast forward prevents it from triggering?

    Got 1:58.50 and first place... And the achievement didn't pop. Now I can't replicate it. Knuckles is always faster than not just me, but also my best time. Closest I got to getting 1st again was a *LITERAL* photo finish.

    I think the wild part is that my best time seems to be in the 1:57 range, faster then what I see in videos, yet I am still in third place. Is this really just RNG on how much the NPC's bounce around?

    Go figure, I come to whine about it and then I somehow get it. You just gotta grind it out, and pray that Knuckles drives a little drunk in order to pass him on the final lap.

    I had to beat 3 times because the achievement didn't pop up for some reason, but it's a lot off fun, kinda sad none of the dlc courses made it to gcn but i guess nobody cares anyways lol
