He will randomly be in room 007. Restarting the emulator is likely much faster than watching the cutscenes over and over.

Also, the quiz is *on* the original Paper Mario, though you do take the quiz *aboard* the Excess Express :^) (Sorry)

I can't seem to find info on this online, but I do keep seeing the same toad who is hungry in room 007, not sure if I am doing it right

@PerilKnight Are the other passangers changing? You might have terrible luck or you might be doing something wrong, I'm not sure. This particular Easter Egg is very poorly documented indeed.

Also, is he saying "Delicious" or something? Because that is room 006.

it was in room 007, small toad saying they're hungry on the chair, might take me a while to get the luck though

If anyone else does the Flavio glitch you will have to progress a copied save normally until the end of chapter 6 to get this easter egg

Okay, this might sem obvious, but don't save on the train... After saving on the platform I got it on my second attempt

Important thing to note, if you are resetting a save to grind for this achievement, I recommend bringing up the pause menu for a short bit every attempt so that RNG actually rolls differently and doesnt only look at the 2 jumps you make while approaching the train. Hope that helps.
