First, equip poison+all then use sense on both Rufus and his pet to keep track of their hp and then slowly drain down the hp of both until they have about 20-30 left finally, cast bio and both of them should go down at the same time.

I found myself a bit confused by this achievement. From the wording and the unlock rate I assumed that you had to beat both Rufus and Dark Nation at the same time. But I got the achievement first try using Bio 2 (from the Toxic Waste item) attempting to poison both. But Dark Nation went down first, and the achievement unlocked after Rufus fled.

Can confirm the achievement is simply to defeat both. I suspect the only way to fail the achievement is to ignore Dark Nation entirely.
