Hint of advice: ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RUSH THROUGH THE STAGES. Take the time to observe your surroundings and better craft a plan of action.
If need be, pull up some level maps on Zone 0 and find the route best for you.
Take it from me, a guy who did this on his first try and used absolutely no level maps.

Listen to the guy above me. I rushed at the last passage before the final boss. I lost my rings and still tried to bruteforce my way. The invincibility frames ended in the middle of the spiked balls. I went through thanks to sheer luck. Don't try to do the same. My heart is still beating like hell !

I didnt do it on first try, but I also did take like 3 big tries and few minor (big meaning I got to labirynth zone) and the last big try was succesfull! And honestly, very happy this is in the set, quite fun. Thanks for adding it in last revision! Also tips from me, like it was said above, dont rush and my personal advice in general for beating last boss. Always get on right side of the boss, then if you avoid the pink balls you are basicly invicble, as long as you dont get hit by purple balls

I have done over 5 tries that made it past Starlight Zone and still don't have it. Another vote to make this 50 points.

Another Hint: If you see a shield, DONT THINK TWICE AND GRAB IT, always grab the shields in case of anyhing.

Bonus Hint: There is a shortcut in Labyrinth Zone 1 that lets you skip all the stage. (no its not a glitch)

My main problem was Scrap Brain Act 1, there is a part with spinning horizontal platforms and fire, down there are those rotating platforms and a bottomless pit. Most of the time I fell to the pit and losed a 16 Act progress.

The game was taunting and cursing me. I had so so many failed runs because sonic failed to roll when I jumped or jumped between two blocks that weren't moving together but the game decided I should still die. I had 2 times at least where I drowned only for the bubble to become breathable before Sonic even left the screen. I could go on with all the bad luck I had but finally re-mastered.

This is difficult but not the worst thing ever. Farthest death was in star light act 2 because I clipped through the wall and fell to my death lmao
