Warning for the first two items, if you skip over them because you didn't know about them because of following the achievement list then you'll won't be able to get this achievement later because you'll be barred from entering the Beginner's Hall. So when you get to Sector 7 for the first time, grab them. Ghal really should've made an item guide for this.

Item 1: In the Beginners Hall, a man will give you the All Materia
Item 2: The same man will drop a chest with the item.
Item 3: South Train Graveyard, go through the train on the side entrance and examine the barrel.
Item 4: On top of the train in the Southern Graveyard.
Item 5: North of the area is a barrel, examine it.
Item 6: In a train car near the north-east of the area, you can grab it even when standing above it.
Item 7: All the way north of the screen near the entrance to the Northern Graveyard.
Item 8: West of the entrance you came through to the Northern Graveyard.
Item 9: Further west is a barrel, examine it.
Item 10: North-east of the area on a train.
