here's what i did, thanks to milky0078 from gamefaqs 15 years ago:
cpu KOs count, so you can put 4 cpus in. turn on handicap as well, make the match 99 stocks. put in 1 cpu to fight the other 3 (falcon or roy, or whatever you think is best), and make the other 3 cpus jigglypuffs. set roy's handicap to 9 and level to 9, set the jigglypuffs to handicap 1 level 1. if you have final destination unlocked, go there, if not, yoshi's story is good.

to make it extra breezy and if your computer can handle it, go to config in dolphin, set speed limit to unlimited, and let it go fast. make sure to set it back to 100% when you're done.

took me 15 runs of letting the cpu go wild on the jigglypuffs. i just put a video on and watched it alongside the process. i was watching some gdq speedruns in particular if you want a random idea.

WAIT i almost forgot! set the damage ratio to 2.0! it makes it much faster!

I highly suggest doing this at the same time as the Coin Matches, as they are just a time sink anyway.

Wouldn't a Time battle with an Unlimited time limit be better than a 99 stock match? Then you could just set and forget

Kos only count after the match finishes in data, so unlimited time wouldnt work i think.. unless the trigger point is eaflier.
