Far more tricky achievement than you might anticipate, I discovered a secret move that you pretty much need as well. Hold down jump for a long time to glide with your hammer for a while as Amy. Lots of softlock potential in this challenge, be warned.

1: At the first checkpoint, run up the wall then destroy 3 flying robots to open up a cage with a 1-up in it.

2: You'll come to a series of upward launchers in the final area, this 1-up is in a balloon near the first series.

3: In the same area you'll find a second series of launchers and towards the end a circle of fireballs with a 1-up balloon in the middle.

@TommyDeal the hammer hovering is actually stated in a tutorial box all the way back in Seaside Hill, the problem is that the game doesn't explain it well (probably translation problem?) and doing it is kinda clunky

Something's weird, I got all 3 lifes and didn't trigger.
Sometimes if you re-enter the stage the counter automatically starts on 1/3.

It's two challenges in one, you need to finish the stage after getting the required items.
