    1+2: At some point you encounter a teleportation flower, before using it make a big leap with Charmy over the gap to the area you're not really supposed to go and go up the road to find a 1-up. If you continue from there you'll then drop down to a hallway where you'll find a streaming road above you, move forward and double back up top against the stream to get this 1-up.

    3: Near the end of the stage when grinding rails there's two ledges at the end of the rail section you can go to on the far left and right, these often don't hold any items but this time the left one has a 1-up on it.
