I just had Goombella keep using Tattle and Mario go back and forth between Sweet Treat and Appeal. As long as you don't damage Rawk Hawk he won't use his stronger moves, and the timing to block his spin jump and slide kick wasn't too hard.

If a move can have multiple stylish inputs, this counts each individual one; as such, you can easily get 2 off a regular Jump or Koop's attack, or like 5 off of Power Smash. This makes this achivement not very difficult to get at all if you don't rush the fight with attack boosting badges; I got almost exactly 20 just fighting with jumps and Koops with a bunch of defensive badges equipped (and not using Power Smash because I forgot about it). Note that Rawk Hawk might be able to flip Koops if you miss a guard action command, I'm not certain, so be careful.

Of course, if you do get to the end and haven't gotten 20, spamming Tattle's stylish can get you the rest of the way. I would recommend doing this at the end despite his stronger moves being there; if you play smart, you shouldn't have many, if any, left to do with it, it's just a backup option.

Also, there is an indicator that pops up every time you do a Stylish move that counts them, you will not have to count manually (unless you turned that off, I guess).

Use power smash since you can get four stylish moves from it.

Knux's power smash suggestion made this one trivial. I also bought timing tutor from Charlieton since I had forgotten every timing from when I last played this, paired with Koops' basic attack let me get it in 4 attempts.

Confirmed Power Smash makes it a lot easier. You press A right as the first hammer strike hits, then 3 more, once each time Mario lands a backflip. Combine that with Yoshi's Ground Pound (mash A after filling the attack meter for the first Stylish, then press A right as he lands for a second) and you'll get it pretty quickly.
