    Easy. Pay-N-Spray is right around the corner and if you have did the vigilante missions this is even easier. Make sure you have grenades and a grenade launcher.

    1. Blow up the first ambulance, bribe your way back to 0 stars or use Pay-N-Spray.
    2. Wait for the 2nd ambulance to come, blow that one up and bribe your way back or use Pay-N-Spray
    3. Get out your vehicle and throw some grenades on his body
    4. Done.
