1. Suicune (leftovers)
Surf
Ice Beam (needed for dragons)
Mirror Coat (this allows to OHKO the first Kyogre, and a lot of special users)
Toxic (I didn't used this, I think protect is better)
2. Ho-oh (Charcoal) Ho-oh is better than entei because there's A LOT of Earthquake users
Sacred fire
Ancient Power
Protect (with this you bait the groudon's two Ancient Power, switching into metagross after)
Recover (I used this once, I wonder if giga drain works better)
3. Raikou (Focus band, brightpower also works)
Crunch
Thunder (I opened with this in the second Kyogre for the chance of paralyzis)
Protect
Rain Dance (it's risky to use this in singles IMO)
4. Metagross (Metal Coat)
Earthquake (This and Hooh's Sacred Fire are the best ways to defeat Jirachi)
Brick Break (It's better to teach this to Hariyama IMO)
Meteor Mash (Stab main attack)
Phychic (best way to deal with Crobat)
5. Hariyama (Salac Berry)
Vital Throw (I only used this pokemon and attack for the Tyranitar)
Reversal (This with the berry is a good combo, beware of paralyzis)
Seismic toss (?)
Endure (For the Reversal/Salac Berry combo)
6. Entei (Leftovers) Never used it
Flamethrower
Bite
Protect
Stomp
I didn't trained IVs or EVs and all my natures were really bad, so it's doable with this team or whatever you came, but you should used the recomended list of pokemons, there's RNG implied because of status effects. The best advice is to gather and write all the info you can while trying the colisseum about who you OHKO, who resists, who is faster, how you baited attacks and when you have to switch. This is trial and error. Good luck!
First off teach protect to all 6 of your pokemon, you are gonna need it, especially for the double battles. Also I recommend running a Tyranitar with ice beam so you have 2 ice beam users for the final fight. The key moves you must have no matter what are: mirror coat on Suicune, protect on everyone and imo ice beam on Tyranitar and Suicune.
My team was:
Tyranitar holding quick claw
Raikou holding bright powder
Suicune holding leftovers
Hariyama holding focus band
Ho-oh holding charcoal
Metagross holding metal coat
The second opponent always leads with Tyranitar and always uses the move dragon dance first. If you are running Hariyama you should lead with him and use cross chop it's a free one shot.
For the fourth opponent bring your ice beam users for things like Sceptile and Salamence. My big tip here is if they summon Blaziken then do not attack him first turn. He always uses Endure first and then he has the speed to sweep your entire team with reversal. Let him waste his endure by using protect or something and then just kill him next turn.
The fifth opponent always leads with Ninjask which you can 1 hit KO with thunder from Raikou. If you are lucky they will then summon Wobbuffet and if you taught Raikou calm mind you can spam it until your stats are maxed cause Wobbuffet can't damage you directly, then you one shot him with thunder. Then one shot the third pokemon with thunder as well getting yourself an extra retry. If they do not summon Wobbuffet second then it is always Starmie instead which is also a 1 hit KO with thunder but you probably won't one hit KO the third mon, but still an easy win.
Opponent 6 always leads with Kyogre so I tended to lead with Suicune for the mirror coat on thunder. For me this fight was usually the run breaker cause I had nothing that could survive Gorebyss' hydro pump so it's kinda just hoping they pick a different pokemon or miss sadly.
Opponent 7 always leads with Groudon and this is an easy kill if you have Ho-oh and Metagross. Lead with Ho-oh and use protect to burn one PP of Ancient power, swap to Metagross to tank the next cause he resists it, then swap back to Ho-oh to bait the earthquake and rinse and repeat until he runs out of PP for ancient power and get an easy kill with sacred fire. The rest of his team I found pretty easy. Only thing to remember is his fire types also have solarbeam which unless you counter Groudon's weather ability they can use without charging, so be careful if Suicune or Tyranitar are your last pokemon.
The last Opponent always leads with Kyogre so use mirror coat Suicune again. The other 2 pokemon I used here were Tyranitar and Metagross. You are basically hoping he doesn't summon Latios cause it is a monster. Tyranitar with ice beam can do decent damage to Latias and then Metagross with meteor mash can finish it. If he summons Slaking then jump for joy cause you got a free win. Just use protect on the turns he can attack and then do your attacks when he is loafing around.
Good luck to anyone going for this, the RNG is a pain but you can do it. I hope your Raikou isn't a huge choker like mine was constantly.
