I thought this would be really hard because it is 25. Turns out I almost had no trouble.


Guide:
First realized that from all the archers in the beginning it looks like only the last 2 set the wagon on fire.
Just kill them and you are in the open.

Then just punch / shoot the boars and use the boomerang on the birds and that's it.

Also useful to know to sandro4912's tip, the escort only starts when you sit on Epona and go a few steps forward. So at the beginning you can dismount the horse and cut some grass for arrows as well as walking forward until the bridge. From there you can take out some of the archers already, one of them can technically set the wagon on flames. Sadly you can kill all of them since Midna blocks you from going further and the bridge has invisible walls on the side.
Then if you can't kill more, go back and sit on your horse, run forward as fast as you can. After the bridge make Epona stop by pressing down. If you run here quickly you should have enough time to aim for the enemies before the wagon even arrives. Try to take the enemies down prioritizing the one furthest away since they can hit the wagon. All others are not that important since they always miss by my experience.

Open the gate and aim for the right, you should be able to see the boblins on boars. Take them out by either hitting them with the sword or hitting the front boblin with an arrow, that makes the boar go crazy. Then just stay behind the wagon and slow down when you hear enemies shooting. Flying enemies can either be taken down with auto-aiming bow (L + Shoot) or boomerang. They are not as important to take care of because I think the bombs can not set the wagon on fire, just make it take an extra loop, so enemies on boars are priority. When you reach the passage to the bridge you repaired earlier you are pretty much good, it seems like then no new enemies spawn and only the ones already exisiting try to catch up.

Some additional tips:
- If you get unlucky and fail, instead of resetting, just let the cart burn down and you'll reset after the fight on the bridge instead of all the way back in castle town.
- If you have trouble reaching and killing the stationary archers in time, you can rush ahead and get them to aggro to you instead, so they'll shoot you instead of the cart.
- You can intercept arrows fired at the cart with your sword and body, so when you hear the boars riding up, try to get between them and the cart and spam sword attacks until you can get a clean shot on the riders.

As others have noted you can get off Epona and walk up to the wooden bridge without the wagon following you and shot some of the archers. The invisible wall prevents you from getting all the archers on foot but you can use bomb arrows to shot over the invisible wall and have it arch back down and get additional archers. Aiming is a little difficult but the blast radius means you don’t need to be precise.

It was not that hard. There's no need to go to the bridge and shoot the archers because the only one that can set the wagon on fire is the last one. Just move as fast as you can an take out that one before the wagon passes through. The part with the boars, really all you have to do is stay close to the boars so they will aim at you instead of the wagon and use the boomerang on the birds. After that nothing can set the wagon on fire anymore so it's GG.
