What i did was check rhe car path and block instead of following it and hitting it from behind, immediately lose the 2 stars with your hideout bribes and repair the bus with your garage, then you can peacefully get the rest of packages using the block strat, i got lucky and the npc got stuck on the highway going on circles and still took me 6 minutes

kinda simple really:

-Find a Bus (good luck with that, i stumbled upon em by doing other missions and bailing out as soon as one came close)

-Store it on your hideout, save, and go to the mission start. Highly recommend doing the Vigilante missions to gain some police bribes.

-Depending on the route the pickup takes, you will come right in front of it or far behind, in which case you must ram it, pick the first evidence case, and inmediatly head to your hideout, take the bribes, and repair the bus.

-Block the pickup's paths and pick up the remaining evidence. Keep a keen eye on the bus's health, its real slow and by this time, Colombians and Yardies (if you did King Courtney's quests) shoot on sight and ruin your chances.

-Pay N' Spray is forbidden for this car (barely fits inside anyways).

IIRC, after getting all the evidence, the only way to destroy the pickup is by shooting it with the Missile Launcher, since it has infinite health otherwise. Keep in mind that once you have everything, the vehicle is no longer marked on the minimap, so you just gotta chase it and hopefully stumble upon it on a intersection.

i just figured it out, followed the youtube video in the comments to aquire the bus (took like 15 hrs in-game time for it to spawn) and then put it in the safehouse garage and saved the game. started the mission and after the 4th piece of evidence dropped he got stuck between some cars on the freeway and then his AI broke and just got stuck along the wall. after i collected all 6 pieces of evidence i got out of the bus and used the rocket launcher on the evidence truck and the achievement popped. this one took me an hour or so to figure out how to do properly.

What a frustrating bullshit achievement. Pursuit on the bus is too slow. Yes, you can lose the wanted level to zero, it's not a problem, but you must crush a pickup almost 10 minutes. This is not hard but too long and boring. But after that you must have a perfect luck to catch pickup's circuling route and destroy him by a rocket launcher NOT by a single rocket. I launched for him almost 5 and he doesn't seem to blow up and drive away. This was an attempt after 2 hours of starting this mission. 10 points is unjustifiably low. 25 at least for this stupid hell

I am dumbass... I don't need to destroy the pickup, I must only use the bus for bumping him and collecting evidences. A couple of evidences I collected on foot. That's why I didn't received the achievement

Description very explicitly mentions using the Bus to collect all evidence... Why did you collect anything on foot?
BTW, pickup must be destroyed AFTER getting the evidence cases, not before.

Yes I tried to destroy it after collecting all of them, but this is impossible. I spend almost 15 rockets and 2 m4 magazines

Well, the hardest part of the achievement was actually finding the stupid Bus lmao
And you don't need to destroy the pickup btw, just destroying the bus after collecting all evidence counts for the achievement

It's very easy, as the friend said in the comment above, use the garage to repair the bus and take the bribes from the hideout that you earned by doing the 12 vigilante missions previously.

The mission may take a while, but just be patient and wait for the pickup to slow down and crash on its own before you reach it.

Once you are in a Bus it tends to spawn slightly more often on the streets, and you *can* just swap to a different Bus during the mission if needed - this could save a couple of minutes per each attempt and a bit of your sanity as well, compared to getting back to the hideout every time it start smoking more.

Also be careful when ramming by the waterfront as it's super easy for the Bobcat to just fall into the ocean and fail the mission.

Yeah, just make sure, also just use the bus to ramm the van. You do not the to destroy the van.

Easy to get, just getting the damn bus to spawn is the annoying part. Luckily though, the bus spawned for me when I was doing the taxi achievement, spawned after dropping off 3 people.

After getting all the evidence. You don't have to destroy the truck, just destroy the bus.

I feel this one is a bit oddly worded, since you don't need to actually destroy the evidence vehicle. "Beat the "Evidence Dash" while using a Bus to ram, collect and destroy the evidence." maybe?
