    How should this trigger? I constantly distracted him in the final fight with the fishing rod but nothing pops?

    will only be triggered if you spend around 3 seconds without changing the animation of either the link or the ganondorf, any movement that breaks the distraction during the time will reset the counter

    You have to dangle the line the above him and distract him that way. For the longest time I was just pressing the fishing rod button and casting it out, and then wondering why it wasn't popping.

    If your dumb as me press whichever button your fishing rod is on and pull up on your C Stick or your right stick whichever controller you're using and I hope it helped ya man.
