So there's a second state related to wanted level called "Media Attention" and it's basically a highscore of how long you've lasted against the police/how much damage you've caused

In the statistics, in the end it says something like "media attention" this increases as you confront the police, it's like the "chasestat" cheat exclusive from PC.

This refers to the highest level of media attention you got in one 'killing spree' The best way to do this is to get in a tank and go bam bam in entire vice city

Just drive around in a tank for a little while with the canon aimed backward and keep shooting all the time. I think I cleared this in less than 15 mins.

its easy to get this after 100% due to unlimited ammo

1) go into north point mall into the ammunation and waste the cashier
2) camp inside and spam rpgs into the mall (just hold onto O)
3) fast forward while you hold onto O and you should get this in a minute or two

Go to Stats, then go up (above your completion percentage).

You'll see the highest media attention stat. There's a number and a title. You want to get 1800 points and acquire the "Stuff of legends" title. The title just before is called "World Event" so when you get it you know you're not far from getting the achievement.

Use the Rhino with the canon backwards oriented as some members told.
