For anyone who doesn't want to sift through the unsorted "All Chests" video:

- 4 Chests on the "Isle of Riches" (topmost spinning chest doesn't count as it resets for the minigame)
- 2 Chests on the tops of the snake statues by the Spirit Spring
- 7 Chests inside the Spirit Spring, two of which require the Double Clawshot
- 1 particularly sneaky Chest underwater. From where you warp in to Lake Hylia, turn directly to your left and walk forward. There's a few land formations that can best be described as little pillars of land jutting out of the water for you to jump across. The chest is wedged in a back corner down there, underwater.

Hope this helps someone in the future, you can probably guess which chest took me the longest to find.

@puroseki Just a single correction: the underwater chest is not to the left of where you warp to, but rather directly to the north. It's rather easy to find if you just know it's to the north.
