    Last shroom can be collected without Luigi but it is tricky. You need to do the crouch-charge-jump to reach the area with the mushroom and normally that means you will drop the potion, but if you jump at EXACTLY the moment your jump is charged, you will keep the potion! I only find out about this by experimenting, I was using princess at the time.
