The spinner got me hit by the laser, so I nabbed the first quiver upgrade and used bomb arrows to take out the little spiders. 2nd round is even easier since you can kill most of the little spiders before they even hatch from their eggs.

I stopped using the spinner in the laser phase. Usually I could kill all the spiders until then or there were only one or two to avoid.

If Armogohma happens to shoot its laser at you, and you don’t have enough time to interrupt it with your bow, easiest way to dodge it is just roll in circles around it. It’ll follow you from behind and never hit you.

As a reminder, when Armogohma walks back to the ceiling after getting squashed, its legs do count as an attack.

Otherwise, spinner does help, especially when a bunch of the babies start lining up going towards you. Though I'd be cautious about using it for longer than bowling through said line of babies since the laser will be revving up by then.

Yeah, the Spinner worked much better for me by cancelling it earlier (make sure you're not too close to a spider when you do this) and using it again as needed, this way you should have enough time to kill all the spiders before the laser comes up.
Bomb arrows help a lot for the 2nd time too, so just do both; snipe what you can and pull the Spinner once they spread out and start approaching you. They're sorta like the tadpoles back on Deku Toad, but they're slower and you have much better ways to deal with it now

I just stuck to the spinner, basic arrows, and rolling around in a figure 8 pattern during the laser part. Simply walking was dangerous and got me injured. Circling was also risky due to the spiders. Figure 8 balances it perfectly between avoiding the spiders and the laser. This one was mildly annoying but never felt impossible or unfair, especially since the sword is practically useless in this battle, anyway.

When it's just the eye left, if you want to get the other achievement, take your time since the leaderboard timer stops and the spiders will try to avoid you. It makes it annoying to kill him with a statue since you have to manipulate his movements a bit, but just be patient until he finally walks in front of a statue that you're controlling. If you manage to get hit in that part somehow, maybe it was deserved. Lol.

Btw, the leaderboard trigger "failed" when I went with Midna, so maybe there was an issue with it stopping in the last part or maybe because I waited too long there, but there's definitely some issue with it.
