This triggers with no issue and is very easy to do even without arrows. Just use the hookshot.


One small issue I observed. In the other no damage boss chevos you can always see at the bottom right a hint for the chevo until you get hit. Here there was never an icon.

^Interestingly enough, this one has a progress notification come up when you DO hit him with an arrow, so I imagine it's tracked that way?

@sandro4912 Welp, not anymore... Sad because I saw this and was eager to hurry up and get to the Arbiter's Grounds before it was inevitably changed, but oh well. It was bound to happen with a workaround like that.

You can do it with 1 arrow, hit it a first time with the arrow, then when he starts spinning around the arena, go fast to the border and charge your spin attack, so when he passes through you, release the spin attack and that would let him on the state where you can hit him, so instead of hitting him like you normally would, you just have to attack him 3 times with normal slashes, then stop since if you do 4 slashes at the same time it will go around again, so just stop for a sec and slash it 3 more times, repeat till its dead. The speedrun combo-interruption strat already trivializes this, but if you are still having a hard time, you can use the gale boomerang instead of arrows
