It's intuitive, but honestly? This is pretty simple because relies on a single tweak. Even running at the red ramp makes you skip the other intended wall-jumps. I think beating this level it's already compensating. BH Hillside Cave Secret does it better imo.

I just triple jumped and wall kicked off the slight overhang (the part that's 90 degrees from the rest of the wall). I think that's a lot easier than either of the methods in the clips posted

I found another way that was a lot easier and I could do more consistently!

If you go right to the edge of the wall, where the edge of the wooden spiral mark is on the ground, you can do a side jump to wall kick off the wall and onto the small ledge. It's hard to highlight exactly where you need to side jump from through text, so here's a video of me doing it.

I found it much easier that way:
-do the wall jump at the tightest possible angle to the wall
-perform the spin jump towards the platform
-when you see mario's shadow on the platform, use the ground pound to cancel the spin jump

That way, I can do this run several times consistently.

This was tough but fun, keep in mind that if you do the ground pound method, you can actually spam the Z menu to pause buffer and advance pretty much 1 frame at a time. Makes the timing easier.

I just combined HeyoDabido's method and TheJohanx's method by doing the side jump and performing a ground pound at the top instead of trying to get Mario to grab the ledge. Managed to get it first try doing this

Took a while, but it's finally done! Thankfully there's a 1UP near the beginning, and after the first major trick, the rest of the level was easy.

It was super easy for me to just backflip into the wall at a really tight angle and ground pound the ledge above when I saw mario's shadow over it.
