	ferhound 8 Sep 2017 04:12 I got this one with save states, later I switched to hardcore mode then got all the emeralds again but didnt pop up.
	RossWyatt 23 Sep 2021 03:30 I only managed to get one. Every other time I end up falling out of the level. I'm not a fan of Sonic 1's special stages lol

	SnowLunar 16 Mar 2022 21:48 It's best to learn the first stage and how the special stage mechanics work. Also to spawn the giant ring you need to carry 50+ rings and reach the goal.
	PsyHunter29 4 Apr 2022 00:45 I can't believe this still works with the level select cheat. If you reset and re-enter the code, any Emeralds you've obtained will carry over until you have all 6 and the achievement pops. ...And I was just practicing for doing it in the real game.
	GrayCloudSpectator 15 Apr 2022 15:03 Really happy to have still gotten this at a bonus stage at the end of Star Light Zone Act 2 after I unfairly lost one opportunity at the end of Marble Zone Act 2, because the game's collision detection glitched me into a wall which forced me to lose the stage as well as the required 50+ rings which I couldn't recollect after the last checkpoint.
