There's 2 hidden in the garden / chess area of Mr burns mansion. You can access it via the power plant

emilytippz, another one I've seen which people miss is a vending machine near the flaming tyres, there's a small little hut there with a vending machine at the front

Something can happen that causes this achievement (or the game) to glitch, and I'm not sure what it is. I was stuck at 1/30 and couldn't find the last one. I started a new save file and got all 30 easily. I made a list to help.

1 & 2: Behind Simpson house
3 & 4: Behind Simpson neighbor's house
5 & 6: Behind the Wiggum house
7, 8, & 9: Krusty Burger near the bridge
10 & 11: Near Barney at the gas station
12: Cletus's House
13: Shack behind the Tire Fire
14 & 15: Power Plant near Homer's office
16 & 17: Mr. Burns' backyard
18: Shortcut next to Stonecutter's Tunnel
19: In front of the gas station that is also a ramp
20: Side of the Community Center
21: School back stairs
22 & 23: School roof left side
24: In front of the grocery store
25: Krusty Burger near the school, in front of the dumpster
26: Church parking lot
27: Krusty Burger next to the fire truck
28: In front of the Kwik-E-Mart
29: On top of the Kwik-E-Mart
30: In front of the gas station by the Kwik-E-Mart

I double checked everything, but I have 28/30, it's very strange, I broke it in Burns' estate, but I don't have it anywhere else(

P.S I understood and found 2 more, this is still Burns' courtyard, in short, who does not know how to get there, when you enter the plant from the main entrance, and not the gates of the mansion, go to the middle and there will be a ledge and for the baric-coded passage, just break it and go at the very end there will be 2 boxes
