Good thing I checked out the comments to see that you need to reload the save file to get both 1-Ups on this level. RA's tracker still shows you the progress of the specific tiles you need to touch, but it won't count if the actual 1-Up doesn't spawn.

if you can't get this just reset your game and try again. It worked for me after that.

i figured it out, you cant grab both hidden 1ups in the same run, you gotta get 1, reset, grab the 2nd one
