After the final checkpoint, right before the fissures start forming for the second time, there's a skeleton all the way to the left of the screen. Go above this skeleton, push back towards it, then keep firing to reveal a Riki icon.

to the end of a level? i got to the end of level one wiht it and it dident trigger

Although the title of the achievement indicates swamp, I guess the description needs to be updated. *shrug*
