Seems like this one has a bug? I just got it after returning the Contact Lens to the guy it belonged to. It popped that achievement and this one.

Best place to get this is once you get to Threed. There is a photo location at a lone grave in the northern part of town that you will want to save until someone in your party gets the possessed status. Look for an enemy called Zombie Possessor located in the Threed graveyard and also in the underground path leading to the Grapefruit Falls/Saturn Valley area. They have a high chance to inflict possessed status. Then its a simple walk to the photo location.

I misread this and thought one of the characters had to be a ghost, but no you need the condition status haunted. Another good place (other than Threed) to unlock this is in Fourside in the area immediately before the sanctuary location. After going down the manhole behind the museum, fight a trashcan until you are haunted, then when you go to magnet hill immediately after you have your picture taken.
