    i got this after defeating the lil seed guys in bumpsy plains with mario and luigi lol. not sure where to find lakitu kings?

    The Lakitu Kings are found in fights with Flifits, just wait around long enough and they will appear.

    However there does seem to be a bug with this one. I inhaled one and didn't directly kill it, but it died to the burn effect from a fireflower which did not give me the achievement. But when I defeated one in a different battle with an attack I did get it.
