With excellent punches you need 6 hits. If you throw the tower into the water with a punch, you only get 2 chances to attack, while if you throw it by countering a green bomb you get 3, so you have to use the counter method both times.

The battle starts with the tower on the edge of the arena, so you have to counter right away, use fire to avoid pushing it. After the tower comes out of the water, it's two hits away from water, so you can throw a punch and then counter.

Pretty easy, push it twice and deal as much as damage as you can and then finish it off with fire
